The Generac 32 kW Generator adds well-known features to new improvements with the Protector XG series. The 32kW XG03245 has a 4.5 Liter engine that runs at 1800 RPM under load and 1200 RPM during self test or at low idle. A NEW  Power Zone 410 Controller brings the latest in technology with additional functionality and more features than ever before, including the ability to select the fuel type at the controller without any other modifications. This controller is NFPA 110 capable.

Voltage Control Cartridges

XG 3-Phase generators have a 12-lead alternator hardwired to a terminal block. A Voltage Control Cartridge (VCC) makes the necessary connections for 208 Volt, 240 Volt, or 480 Volt 3 Phase Power. Generac Configures the 3-Phase generator at the factory with a 208-Volt Voltage Control Cartridge (VCC). At Installation, the installer can replace the VCC with a 240-Volt, or 480-Volt VCC if necessary.

Circuit Breaker Kits

The Power Zone 410 Controller provides over current protection on XG Series 3-Phase Generators. Optional Circuit Breaker kits are available if required by the Authority Having Jurisdiction or the installation needs a disconnecting means.

32kW Standard Features

The new XG series carries forward the familiar features found in earlier models like quiet operation.  A Generac 4.5-liter engine beats the competition on fuel efficiency for comparable generator models that produce less power. The XG maintains its UL-2200 listing along with the EPA Certification. An aluminum enclosure guards the generator against corrosion. Protected by a Generac 5-year/2000-hour limited warranty.

Generac didn’t stop with the features that Protector Series users came to expect.

New 32 kW Generator Features

New Electro-Galvanized base frame components prevent rust and corrosion. Single-side regular maintenance make service fast and easy through the front, key-locked panel. Change or check the oil, oil filter, and air filter; check or change the coolant; replace the spark plugs or check the battery.

Fuel setup is made easier than ever through the controller. Set the fuel type in the controller—no other adjustments are necessary.

The generator exercises at 1200 RPM for a peaceful 58 dBA noise level and 64 dBA under normal load. The PowerZone 410 Controller has more features and more capability than ever before, including an overload control that eliminates the need for a circuit breaker.

Cellular connectivity is standard for Mobile Link & Fleet.
